Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct engaging and therapeutic group sessions that encourage participants to share experiences, offer mutual support, and foster a sense of community.
  • Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling that focuses on each client's unique thoughts and experiences, helping them to develop effective coping strategies and realistic action plans for improvement.
  • Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, preferences, and aspirations.
  • Monitoring Progress: Assess and track client progress through a variety of assessment tools and feedback methods, ensuring interventions are effective and clients are making strides towards their goals.

Qualifications
  • Current LPCC licensure is required.

Compensation and Benefits
