Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to develop industry-standard applications supporting workflow and business process tools on a modern Digital Automation Platform (DAP). The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development experience across front-end, back-end, cloud, and data technologies while working in an Agile environment to deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Deliver high-quality, functional software across sprints and release cycles.
• Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions.
• Develop innovative technical solutions for complex development initiatives.
• Build and maintain end-to-end tests, unit tests, and test automation to ensure software quality.
• Support the implementation of moderate-scope projects and major initiatives.
• Work on complex assignments spanning multiple phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver enterprise workflow solutions.
• Assist in developing technical standards, policies, and best practices.
• Contribute to project planning and technical estimation for development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-6 years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, JavaScript (Angular preferred), Node.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS and cloud-based development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with Git, Amazon EKS, Jenkins, Docker, AWS, and Shell Scripting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Java and Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with enterprise business process management (BPM), financial, or enterprise software applications.
• Experience with Camunda or Fluxnova development.
