Job description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand engagement across all digital channels. This role leads full-funnel marketing efforts including paid media, social media, eCommerce, CRM/email marketing, and website optimization. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee digital campaign strategy, performance analytics, content direction, and team execution, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with business goals, product launches, and measurable KPIs. This role plays a critical part in building a scalable, high-performing digital marketing engine.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across paid media, social, email/CRM, and eCommerce to drive revenue growth.
  • Align digital campaigns with product launches, promotions, and overall brand strategy.
  • Establish and track KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, traffic, engagement) and optimize performance accordingly.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
  • Oversee website performance and eCommerce optimization (Shopify/WordPress), ensuring strong user experience and conversion.
  • Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing efforts including email and SMS campaigns, automation, and segmentation (e.g., Klaviyo).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, eCommerce, and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Provide direction for digital content across channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and performance goals.
  • Analyze performance data (GA4, ad platforms) and deliver actionable insights and reporting on traffic and ROI.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and identify growth opportunities across channels.
  • Oversee influencer partnerships and digital support for launches, events, and campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor a digital marketing team, fostering performance and development.
  • Other duties as requested by management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or eCommerce marketing (CPG experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital channels and full-funnel marketing strategies.
  • Strong experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and similar channels.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify and website content management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, including automation and segmentation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with reporting tools including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other dashboarding tools.
  • Ability to strategize, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion optimization, and audience targeting.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop high-performing digital content.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and reporting needs.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and external partners.
