Job Summary
The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications using Angular, Python, SQL, and REST APIs. The role requires strong full-stack development expertise across frontend and backend technologies, with a strong emphasis on software quality, automated testing, and robust engineering practices. The position will contribute to secure, scalable, and maintainable application architectures while collaborating with architects, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams. This is an onsite position requiring 6+ years of full-stack development experience. Strong Test Automation/SDET expertise is a key requirement, with at least one team member expected to have a proven track record of building automated testing frameworks and driving quality engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Angular and Python.
• Build responsive and user-friendly web applications following modern UI/UX principles.
• Develop, enhance, and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access components.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable application architectures.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining application reliability.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Design and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy.
• Develop automated test cases covering UI, API, integration, and regression testing.
• Establish testing standards, frameworks, and quality processes across the team.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define test coverage metrics and quality gates.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and drive defect prevention initiatives.
• Champion software quality, continuous testing, and quality engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in Full Stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular development.
• Proficiency in Python backend development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and test automation strategies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git.
• Knowledge of application security and performance optimization.
• Strong automated testing and quality engineering expertise, with SDET/Test Automation experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.
• Experience with UI automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks for Angular and Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated environments.
• Proven experience building automated testing frameworks and driving quality engineering practices.
