The role

As a Full Stack Developer Lead, you will guide a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining scalable generative AI applications using Python, Vue.js, and modern cloud and AI technologies. You will set technical direction, ensure best practices, and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment. Your leadership will be critical in delivering robust solutions and driving continuous improvement across the team.

Technical LeadershipProvide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and architecture.Set and enforce coding standards, code review processes, and documentation practices.Lead the design and implementation of scalable, efficient applications and APIs.Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and business requirements are met.Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.Manage task allocation, monitor progress, and remove blockers for the development team.Quality AssuranceChampion test-driven development, including unit and front-end testing (Cypress), and ensure robust test coverage.Oversee troubleshooting and debugging efforts, driving resolution of complex technical issues.Innovation & Continuous ImprovementStay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.Drive adoption of new tools and practices to improve team productivity and product quality.Promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team.DevOps & Agile PracticesGuide the team in implementing modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).Foster Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous delivery.AI & Cloud IntegrationLead the integration of generative AI technologies and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques into applications.Oversee deployment and integration with Azure cloud services.Guide prompt engineering efforts to optimize AI model outputs.
Who you areProven experience as aFull Stack Developer Lead orSenior Full Stack Developerwith a strong background in Python and Vue.js.Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities in a technical team environment.Extensive hands-on experience withFastAPIfor back-end API development.Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end development principles.Deep understanding of unit testing, front-end testing (Cypress), and quality assurance best practices.Advanced Git skills, including branching, merging, and version control strategies.Experience withgenerative AI technologies,RAG techniques, andprompt engineering.Proficiency withAzure cloud servicesand modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker).Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Experience working in and leading Agile teams.
