Job Summary

The Full-Stack Developer (React-Focused) plays a key role in the design, development, enhancement, and support of AutoPayPlus’ PartnerX web applications and related internal platforms. This position is responsible for building scalable, high-performing React-based user interfaces supported by robust .NET backend services and APIs, with a strong focus on usability, performance, and maintainability.

This role works across the full application stack and partners closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve partner productivity, support operational workflows, and advance company growth initiatives. The position also contributes to architectural deisions, development standards, continuous improvement efforts, and mentoring of other developers within a fast-paced Agile environment.

Duties and responsibilities

· Architect, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications with a primary focus on modern React front-end development.

· Design, build, and enhance .NET-based APIs, backend services, and application integrations that support PartnerX and related business systems.

· Create responsive web applications optimized for desktop and tablet experiences, with strong attention to performance, usability, and visual consistency.

· Design and implement real-time application features such as dashboards, messaging, alerts, and live data updates across both client and server layers.

· Make technical and architectural recommendations related to front-end structure, component design, state management, API design, and application data flow.

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, QA, staging, and production environments, including both front-end and back-end application layers.

· Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and internal business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate workflows, and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

· Support user acceptance testing by assisting business users in validating workflows, documenting findings, and confirming that delivered functionality meets operational needs.

· Validate data accuracy across user interfaces, reports, databases, APIs, and integrated systems as needed.

· Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements, deployment processes, and development best practices that support efficient and reliable software delivery.

· Drive continuous improvement of front-end architecture, reusable component libraries, backend service design, coding standards, and development documentation.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers on React, .NET, and full-stack development practices.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, technical design discussions, and ongoing prioritization of development work.

· Partner with cross-functional teams to build solutions that support AutoPayPlus’ mission of delivering secure, innovative financial technology products and partner experiences.

· Extensive experience developing modern web applications using React, with senior-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the broader React ecosystem.

· Strong backend development experience with .NET/C#, including building and supporting APIs and backend services.

· Experience designing full-stack solutions, not solely consuming existing APIs.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments and collaborating with QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

· Advanced proficiency with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based architecture, and reusable UI design patterns.

· Strong knowledge of .NET/C#, RESTful API design and integration, and modern authentication approaches such as OAuth and JWT.

· Experience with responsive web design and front-end performance optimization across desktop and tablet devices.

· Experience building or supporting real-time application features using technologies such as WebSockets or SignalR.

· Proficiency with Git, source control workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment practices.
