Job description

Industry leader? Well, how about an industry creator?!

At WalkMe, now an SAP company, we’re not just the leader in digital adoption, we started the digital adoption revolution — enabling organizations to pinpoint and resolve digital friction, regain control of their tech stack, and be better equipped to manage future change. With over 1,600 clients, including 55 Fortune 100 companies and 6 Fortune 10 companies working with us daily, we’re transforming how enterprises interact with their technology.

So, if you’re an expert in your field, and looking for an opportunity to work, collaborate, and innovate with some of the most talented people out there, WalkMe is the place for you!

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for AI, you will be responsible for driving the GTM strategy and positioning of WalkMe’s generative and agentic AI capabilities, developing differentiated programs, packaging, and messaging that resonates with customers, analysts, and partners.

After a decade of helping customers drive adoption across their full tech stacks, WalkMe is uniquely positioned to serve a critical orchestration role in AI transformation for organizations around the world. You’ll be at the forefront of bringing new agentic products to market that connect applications together to perform activities they couldn’t possibly perform on their own. You will partner with our product and R&D teams to influence our product strategy and launch new capabilities that will unlock new levels of human productivity. You will also work with global GTM teams in Sales and Customer Success to help them position WalkMe’s AI solutions for lasting success.

What You'll Own
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Analyze and understand the needs of AI innovation teams to create repeatable winning strategies including differentiated positioning, value-based messaging, product requirements, pricing and packaging, customer evidence, and content.
  • Market Research: Conduct and synthesize research across the rapidly evolving agentic software market, collecting insight from competitors, customers, sellers, customer success, analysts and industry experts to shape product roadmap and drive go-to-market execution.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, compelling product positioning and value propositions based on pain points and business objectives that resonate with prospects and customers. Translate product functionality and technical details into user benefits and value — both for individual AI capabilities and their role in WalkMe’s overall platform narrative.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build partner ecosystem strategies and lead product launches for WalkMe’s holistic AI portfolio by coordinating efforts across GTM and R&D teams.
  • Sales Enablement: Perform sales training to ensure field effectiveness in positioning and selling WalkMe, tailored for the generative and agentic AI market.
  • Product Analysis: Continuously assess product-line health and monitor commercial success metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Product Evangelism: Serve as the subject matter expert representing WalkMe with analysts, partners, customers, and industry events.
What You'll Need To Succeed
  • 8+ years of proven B2B SaaS marketing experience with 3+ years in a product marketing role. We are specifically seeking candidates with hands‑on generative/agentic AI experience.
  • Broad market research and analytical skills to inform and validate product strategy, scoping, positioning, and messaging.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a proven track record of experimenting with new AI technologies to bring category-defining products to market.
  • Experience tailoring product packaging and positioning into solutions for various industry, segment, and functional audiences.

  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: We offer a hybrid work schedule to perfectly combine the benefits of remote work and the essential connections and collaborations of onsite work.
  • Supportive Culture: We focus on the whole person, celebrating what makes us unique, and create space for community.
  • Professional Development: We encourage continuous learning and offer opportunities for career development through our career compass offering.
  • Stay healthy and happy with Wellness@WalkMe! Enjoy quarterly wellness reimbursements, daily BrightBreaks to recharge, and WalkMe’s annual Wellness Month every July—because your well‑being matters all year long.
  • WalkMe provides health coverage options, where applicable, to ensure employees have access to essential medical benefits. Our offerings are designed to support the well‑being and diverse needs of our global workforce.
  • WalkMe offers a generous annual leave policy tailored to meet regional standards, ensuring all employees enjoy sufficient time off to rest and recharge.

  • SAP's acquisition of WalkMe highlights a commitment to enhancing user experience and streamlining software interactions, offering opportunities to work with cutting‑edge technology that drives efficiency and innovation in the workplace.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The OTE for this role is between $175,000 and $205,000 including salary and variables. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.

At WalkMe, we approach Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) with the same level of collaboration, innovation and accountability that we bring to the rest of our business. We believe in the value of diversity and are committed to ensuring an equitable and inclusive workplace where every employee has an equal opportunity to achieve success.
