Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Lead to lead the design, development, delivery, and production support of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core, Angular, Azure, SQL Server, and hands-on experience managing L3 Production Support, driving application stability, and leading distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to hands-on full stack development, including design, coding, code reviews, and technical guidance.
  • Own and manage L3 production support, including incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and service improvements.
  • Drive application stability, scalability, performance, and reliability initiatives.
  • Define, monitor, and improve KPIs/SLAs such as:
    • MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution)
    • MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)
    • Defect Leakage
    • System Availability/Uptime
    • Release Stability
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct technical design reviews, governance reviews, and architecture discussions.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, executive summaries, and status reports.
  • Manage stakeholder communication across business and technology teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, performance optimization, and operational excellence.
