  • Explore how AI agents, automation, and modern tooling can improve development speed, QA, support, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with operations, finance, and training teams to translate operational needs into clear feature requirements.
  • Work to reduce administrative workload for center teams by building robust, reliable digital workflows.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of professional experience building full-stack web and/or native applications.
  • Solid working knowledge of React and the modern React ecosystem.
  • Strong proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience building backends with Node.js.
  • Comfortable owning a feature from implementation through deployment.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, agents, or similar modern workflows.
  • Interest in AI-native development workflows, agents, and software automation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a comfort level working cross-functionally between operations and technology.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable helping organize and coordinate technical efforts across multiple projects and contributors.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, booking platforms, or subscription-based products.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into high-quality product improvements.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with Expo or React Native.
  • Familiarity with relational or document databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar).
  • Experience working with external vendors or distributed development teams.
  • Passion for soccer, sports, gaming, or interactive experiences.

TOCA Culture:
  • Live and represent TOCA's core values of excellence, grit, innovation, and community
  • Approach financial planning and analysis with a builder mindset, continuously improving systems, tools, and decision-making processes
  • Bring curiosity, accountability, and strategic thinking to complex business challenges
  • Operate with a high level of ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Partner collaboratively across teams to support growth, scalability, and operational excellence
