Job description

Title: Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer
Location: Pomona or Rosemead, CA (2 days a week)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of an extension)
Implementation Partner: Infosys
End Client: To be disclosed
JD: We are seeking four Sr. Full Stack Software Engineers to design, build, and scale cloud-native applications that support Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives (Design automation, Design validation, Permit Automation) and AI Solutions (Obi - New joiner onboarding concierge, NOVA - AI powered workflow orchestration)
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop modern web applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
  • Design and build cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or GCP.
    • One out of four roles need to have full stack and AI experience in GCP. Other three in full stack and Azure AI ecosystem.
  • Implement scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.
  • Support CI/CD, DevOps, and application security best practices.
  • Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into business workflows.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of full-stack software development experience.
  • AI - experience with using AI in SDLC, implementing RAG, evaluating LLM etc.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Next.js, Typescript, Python
    • PostgreSQL, Drizzle and/or SQLAlchemy ORM
    • REST APIs and microservices
    • SQL/NoSQL databases
    • Azure and/or GCP cloud services
    • Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building AI-enabled applications.
  • Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, RAG, and Generative AI solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise workflow automation and integrations.
  • Familiarity with utility, engineering, construction, or permitting systems.
