Job description

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a hands-on engineer and a trusted technical partner to our clients. You will design, build, and deliver full-stack software solutions across engagements - writing code every day while also engaging directly with client stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable technical implementations, and mentoring junior engineers on the team. Understanding the unique operations workflows of exploration, drilling, production, and other functional areas in the oil and gas industry, you can translate those needs into scalable digital solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Design,develop and deliver full-stack software solutionsacrossclientengagements
  • Translate client business requirements into clean, scalable technical implementations
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based applications
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and manage expectations
  • Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers as needed

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs and web services
  • Full-stack web development experience (React or equivalent SPA framework)
  • Cloud platform experience - Azure required (App Services, Data Factory, Entra ID), AWS preferred
  • ETL / data pipeline development and database design and optimization
  • CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of Agile / SDLC practices
  • Experience with enterprise platform development: Salesforce, MuleSoft, SAP, or ServiceNow preferred
  • Familiarity with Power Automate, RPA, or workflow automation tooling
  • Familiarity with upstream oil and gas systems and concepts is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working across multiple client engagements while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to travel to client sites on an as-needed basis; preference given to candidates in Oklahoma City, OK
