Role: Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET AI Focused)

Location: Hoffman Estates, IL (Hybrid)

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency with GitHub Copilot in enterprise development environments
  • Experience using AI tools for code optimization, debugging, and refactoring

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead AI-assisted refactoring of .NET C# microservices
  • Develop and enhance ReactJS front-end components aligned with backend improvements
  • Leverage GitHub Copilot (advanced usage required) and Claude Code to accelerate development tasks
  • Evaluate AI-generated code for quality, security, and architectural alignment
