Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Full-Stack Engineer with deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture and modern application frameworks. This role is ideal for an engineer who can design scalable distributed systems, lead technical decision-making, and deliver high-quality, production-ready software across the stack.
You will work closely with product, architecture, and platform teams to build cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS event-driven patterns, container orchestration, and modern front-end frameworks. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and shaping engineering best practices, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Engineering
โ€ข Familiarity and experience with git (specifically Bitbucket) and best-practice gitflow processes
โ€ข Familiarity with Atlassian suite of tools for project management like Jira and Confluence
โ€ข Design and build backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, or Rust (where performance or systems-level control is needed).
โ€ข Extensive knowledge in the following key services:
o S3, SQS, SNS, EKS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, CloudFront, CloudWatch
โ€ข Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline tooling such as Jenkins and IaC tooling like CloudFormation and Terraform
โ€ข Own the full lifecycle of applications from architecture through deployment.
โ€ข Ensure high availability, scalability, and observability using cloud-native tools.
โ€ข Implement security best practices including IAM, encryption, and least-privilege access patterns.
