Overview:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in C# and React who will support our client. This role is designed to augment an existing team and deliver continuous value on client-related features, rather than a fixed project with specific deliverables. This role will work closely with the team to solve evolving needs, receiving new assignments and directions over time. The ideal candidate for this role will be an adaptable, creative engineer who thrives in collaborative environments and can bring innovative solutions without needing detailed requirements or rigid acceptance criteria.
Duties:
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C# and React.

  • Collaborate with team members to provide context-driven solutions that address evolving client needs.

  • Adapt quickly to changing requirements and environments.

  • Contribute to both front-end and back-end development efforts.

  • Provide input on architecture, scalability, and maintainability of applications.

  • Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and testing.

Mandatory Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

  • 3+ years of strong hands-on expertise in C# (critical).

  • 3+ years of solid experience in React for web development.

  • 1+ year of experience in K-12 environment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work with minimal requirements, providing creative and effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience with Azure cloud services.

  • Exposure to GraphQL.

  • Deep experience in Web Development with React (a significant plus).
