Capgemini is hiring an **Onsite Senior Java Full Stack Developer** to work with a scrum team in an onshore-offshore delivery model.
Your role
Navigate stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment on technical deliverables.
Partner with business and technology teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java/J2EE technologies and modern front-end frameworks.
Capable of conceptualizing latest technology landscape requirements and driving technical solutions.
Work in a team covering business and technology with representatives from client to produce overall quality delivery.
Your skills and experience
10+ years of solid experience in Restful Web Services, Spring MVC Framework, Angular, and Core Java.
Experience working in Agile projects.
Capable of conceptualizing latest technology landscape requirements and driving technical solutions.
Strong understanding of various technology components and their capabilities.
Works in a team covering business and technology with representatives from client to produce overall quality delivery.
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in designing scalable web applications.
Strong analytical thinking to examine data flow and connect components/networks in an efficient manner.
Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of activities across every phase of delivery from requirement analysis to product release and post-production support.

Knowledgeable in front-end technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, jQuery, Ajax, and frameworks such as Angular and VueJS.
Experience working with RDBMS technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL (tables handling and SQL queries), and Oracle Database.
Experience using version control tools such as GIT.
Familiarity with build tools including Maven and Jenkins.
Familiarity with Spring Cloud, Nginx, NodeJS, and Redis.
Hands-on experience creating and deploying application artifacts such as .war, .ear, and related packages in application servers.
Experience in performance testing and application tuning.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $82,082 to $193,440
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
