Location: Philadelphia, PA or Mount Laurel, NJ

Must have skills:

Responsibilities: As a Full Stack Engineer, self start who will be responsible for building an application on GitHub heavy utilizing GenAI, developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, covering everything from user experience to backend code. Your day-to-day activities will involve using your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the services provided to clients. You will leverage new technologies with a cloud first and agile mindset to solve challenging business problems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems both within your immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Digital Full Stack Development is required. Expert proficiency in GitHub Copilot is recommended. Expert proficiency in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Application Design is suggested. Looking for a full stack developer well versed in utilizing Gen AI Copilot tools (Technology independent) Able to understand business requirement and develop code in very agile way Interactive person, vocal & participate in group discussions Take ownership of specific components within the system and ensure their successful delivery with high quality. Support and guide less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices. Analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions that align with project goals.
