Job description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in Long Island City. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications for a Financial Services organization. Client Details The employer is a medium-sized organization in the Financial Services industry, known for its commitment to innovation and cutting-edge technology.

Description Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications to support business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Maintain and enhance existing applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices. Implement secure coding practices to protect sensitive data and financial transactions.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development. Support the deployment and troubleshooting of applications in production environments.

Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, with knowledge of the financial or banking industry.

5+ years building backend systems on the Microsoft stack, using C#, .NET or .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Razor, and ADO.NET. 5+ years delivering responsive front-end experiences with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, and Bootstrap or similar frameworks, with strong UI and usability focus. Database and integration experience, including 3+ years with T-SQL and SQL Server, and 2+ years designing and consuming REST or SOAP APIs via Web API or WCF.

Differentiators include enterprise workflow design, secure .NET application development, UX artifacts (wireframes, mockups, workflows), modern front-end tools and frameworks (React, Angular), and Optimizely CMS or DXP experience.
