Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to help design, build, and deploy production-ready agentic AI applicationsโ€”turning promising prototypes into robust, secure, auditable systems used by a global client base, including Fortune 100 companies and top law firms.

The role spans application development, cloud architecture, LLM integration, data engineering, orchestration frameworks, and UX delivery. This is a hands-on technical role with high visibility across our innovation team, engineering, and client delivery organizations.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Design and build end-to-end agentic AI applications, including user interfaces, backend services, data pipelines, and orchestration layers.
  • Develop and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as AgentCore, LangChain, or CrewAIโ€”ensuring agents can reason, call tools, coordinate tasks, and deliver reliable outputs.
  • Integrate AI models into production systems, including embedding search, retrieval-augmented workflows, and automated decisioning.
  • Collaborate with data science, product, and UX teams to translate prototypes into robust, enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Ensure security, auditability, and compliance of agentic workflows, including logging, monitoring, access control, and governance.
  • Deploy and maintain applications in cloud or hybrid environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and resilience.
Requirements and Skills
  • +7 years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong full-stack development experience, including backend/server-side development with C# or Python and AWS services, experience building web applications with React, and developing and integrating REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or machine-learning models into real business workflows.
  • Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks and the ability to design multi-step, multi-agent architectures.
  • Understanding of data structures, system design, software testing, and scalable application development.Experience with Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or other Lucene technologies.
  • Experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, CloudFront, S3, ECR, CodePipeline, and RDS.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies, notably Terraform.
  • Comfort working in cross-functional teams and turning conceptual ideas into working, client-facing products.
