Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the development and operational support of business-critical applications in a regulated financial environment. The role involves managing the entire application lifecycle and collaborating with stakeholders to drive technical initiatives and improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end software development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Angular, and modern engineering practices.
• Build and maintain APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
• Drive application modernization efforts, technical debt reduction, and platform improvements.
• Ensure application resiliency, vulnerability remediation, root-cause analysis, and operational excellence.
• Implement secure SDLC practices, code quality standards, and security controls.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and deployment strategies.
• Work with cloud and container platforms including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Collaborate with product owners, business teams, operations, and architecture teams to deliver business solutions.
• Participate in production support, incident management, change management, and audit/compliance activities.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of software engineering experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server.
• Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with DevOps & CI/CD.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka or MQ.
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of application security, IAM, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience supporting both application development and production operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
