Position: AI Full Stack Engineer
Work Location: Plano, TX
Duration: Fulltime/Direct Hire
 
Job Description:
• Design and build scalable, high-performance web applications using React and modern JavaScript.
• Develop backend services using PHP/Hack, Python, and C++.
• Design and consume GraphQL APIs.
• Build robust application architecture and reusable software components.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement caching strategies using Redis.
• Integrate AI/LLM-based solutions into applications, including agent-based workflows and automation.
• Work with modern AI frameworks and APIs such as Claude, LLaMA, or similar LLM technologies.
• Develop intelligent features such as recommendation engines, automation workflows, and decision support systems.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data processing.
• Process and analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and Spark/distributed systems.
• Design and manage databases including MySQL, Graph Databases, and distributed data platforms.
• Work with AWS cloud services including S3 storage solutions.
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring and observability using CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Manage cloud security and access controls using AWS IAM.
• Ensure code quality using Jest and PyTest frameworks.
• Follow best practices for Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Data Engineering, AI, and Software Engineering.
 
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with React and JavaScript.
• Backend development experience with PHP/Hack and Python (C++ preferred).
• Experience designing and implementing GraphQL APIs.
• Strong understanding of system design and distributed systems.
• Strong SQL and data pipeline development experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
• Experience building scalable, production-grade applications.
 
Preferred Skills:
• Experience integrating AI/LLM solutions into enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Spark and big data ecosystems.
• Experience with Graph Databases and real-time data processing.

Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
