Role: Full Stack Application Developer
Level Required for Primary Skill: Advanced (6-9 years experience)
Cincinnati, OH-Onsite
• The Full Stack Developer designs, builds, and maintains end-to-end features across backend services and supporting web components, delivering production-ready functionality from API to data layer.
• This role involves collaborating with product, QA, and DevOps to translate requirements into scalable solutions, improve performance and reliability, and support releases and issue resolution.
• This role involves a combination of technical expertise, team leadership, project management skills, and collaboration, along with excellent communication skills.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript, with a strong portfolio of production SPAs.
• Deep understanding of SPA architecture patterns (component-based design, client-side routing, code splitting, lazy loading).
• Hands-on experience implementing MQTT protocol over WebSockets for real-time, bidirectional communication.
• Solid grasp of state-management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, MobX, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with modern front-end tooling and practices: Webpack/Vite, Babel/ESBuild, Jest/React Testing Library, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in Java based service development with hands-on experience.
• Spring Boot and Spring framework, Security.
• RESTful API design and development.
