Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong data engineering background to design and deliver end-to-end solutions that drive data visibility, automation, and decision-making. This role will focus on building scalable applications, integrating enterprise data sources, and developing intuitive user interfaces through dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI. The ideal candidate combines backend data expertise with front-end UI development, enabling the creation of seamless, data-driven user experiences across platforms.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, including both front-end interfaces and backend services
  • Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability across the full technology stack

Data Engineering & Integration

  • Develop and manage data pipelines to extract, transform, and integrate data from enterprise systems, including Oracle databases
  • Optimize data models and structures to support high-performance reporting and analytics
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across platforms

Dashboard & UI Development

  • Design and develop user-friendly dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and similar tools
  • Translate complex data into intuitive visualizations and actionable insights
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver executive-level dashboards

Platform & Tool Integration

  • Integrate with Jira to support workflow tracking, development lifecycle visibility, and reporting
  • Leverage Smartsheet for project tracking, automation, and dashboard integration where applicable
  • Enable cross-platform data connectivity to create a unified reporting experience

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with planning and delivery to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking via Jira
  • Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support for developed solutions

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • Strong experience with backend development (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js)
  • Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Tailwind CSS, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards using Power BI (or similar BI tools)
  • Experience integrating with Jira and supporting Agile workflows
  • API development using DotNet 
  • Familiarity with REST Microservices and API Gateway
  • Database / Caching: Mongo DB
  • Hosting: Cloud Foundry
  • Experienced with GitHub and GitHub Actions
  • Experience with ELK based logging and instrumentation
  • Agentic AI and Open Spec SDD development framework
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project/work management tools
