We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic data team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in building scalable, high-quality applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. You will contribute to the development of innovative solutions for the multifamily industry, helping create intuitive, performant products that empower users and support business growth.
What you will do:
  • Design and develop scalable applications using .NET and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate seamlessly with front-end applications.
  • Work with relational databases, ensuring data reliability and performance.
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization patterns.
  • Develop responsive, interactive user interfaces using React.js and modern front-end development practices.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize front-end performance.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes into functional, user-centered components.
  • Integrate front-end and back-end components to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack to maintain application stability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code aligned with engineering best practices.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint activities and team ceremonies.

Qualifications
What you should have:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development using C# and .NET.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and building RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Postgres) and writing efficient SQL queries.
  • Experience working with modern front-end build tooling and packaging workflows.
  • Experience building and hosting application on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Awareness of common application security principles and secure data handling practices, including working with sensitive or regulated data such as PII.practices.

  • Expected pay rate of $$115,000 - $130,000 plus annual bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
