Job Description Job Title: Full Stack Engineer .NET Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Duration: 12 months + Possibility to Extend and/or Convert to FTE Pay Rate: $65 - $75/HR (W2 Only) Job/Role Description: This role supports the development and delivery of full-stack applications using .NET and Angular technologies. This position requires a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days per week in the office (Monday-Thursday preferred). This position will focus on hands-on development and execution of traditional application features, with an emphasis on front-end work using Angular and C# .NET back-end support

This position will ensure high quality code delivery through timely completion of assigned Jira stories, collaboration with the team, and adherence to development standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform front-end development with Angular and back-end development with C# .NET for new features and application enhancements Perform initial investigation and triage for bugs, errors, and development tasks Troubleshoot complex/multitier issues within the full application stack including frontend, backend, and data layers Deliver a high percentage of resolved development stories and code changes on first touch Perform escalation of unresolved or complex issues to senior engineers or appropriate teams based on established processes Provide technical support and input during code reviews, team meetings, and incident calls as needed Accurately log and document development progress, code changes, and technical notes in the Jira ticketing system Identify opportunities for improvement in development tools, coding practices, and application performance Provide input and support for sprint planning and development change activities Report key progress metrics and status to management Required Qualifications 6-8 years of software engineering experience, functioning at a level equivalent to a Lead Engineer 6 years of hands-on full stack .NET development experience with C# 3 years of hands-on experience with Angular Experience with SQL or relational databases is a plus Recent experience with the core technologies is strongly preferred Must be a 100% hands-on engineer with focus on development and execution of code Experience in agile development environments using Jira for task management Well versed in debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis techniques Previous experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative development environment Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and make sound decisions Highly self-motivated and directed Strong organizational skills Keen attention to detail Strong customer service orientation
