Job description

Bring your expertise and enthusiasm to a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. In this full-time, onsite position, you'll make a difference every day as you work with a diverse caseload and collaborate with an engaged school community. This role offers the chance to use your clinical skills, foster students’ communication growth, and build strong professional relationships within the educational setting.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A current Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Experience working as an SLP in a school-based environment, particularly at the elementary level.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for partnering with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success.
  • Expertise in evaluating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • The ability to adapt intervention techniques to meet students’ unique needs.
  • Commitment to maintaining detailed documentation and supporting school-wide initiatives.

In this role, key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a full elementary caseload and providing direct therapy services.
  • Conducting assessments and maintaining compliance with all evaluation timelines.
  • Developing and tracking student goals within the IEP process.
  • Consulting frequently with educators and families to promote positive outcomes for students.
  • Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development.

The assignment is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, beginning as soon as possible and extending through May 28, 2027.
