1 Tom Plumber of Tampa Bay is growing and looking for an experienced CIPP / Trenchless Pipe Lining Technician with 5+ years of pipe lining experience to join our team.
We are looking for a skilled technician who understands the full CIPP installation process and can perform trenchless sewer rehabilitation with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to quality.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a company that values high-quality trenchless repair and excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
  • Install CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) liners for sewer and drain rehabilitation
  • Perform pipe preparation, cleaning, and inspection prior to lining
  • Execute liner inversion, curing, reinstatement, and final quality inspections
  • Operate trenchless equipment including:
    • Hydro jetters
    • Sewer inspection cameras
    • Inversion equipment
    • Pipe rehabilitation tools
  • Conduct sewer video inspections to diagnose issues and verify installation quality
  • Perform hydro jetting and mechanical cleaning of sewer and drain lines
  • Safely mix and handle resin systems used in pipe lining
  • Maintain equipment and ensure proper job site safety
  • Provide professional customer service on job sites

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on CIPP / trenchless pipe lining experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with trenchless equipment
  • Experience with liner installation, curing, reinstatement, and sewer inspections
  • Valid Florida driver's license

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work including bending, kneeling, and climbing
