Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Polygraph Examiner to join our team! In this role you will get to Conduct polygraph examinations (counterintelligence scope polygraph (CSP) or expanded screening scope (ESS)) in accordance with National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA) standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Adhere to the Quality Control Examiner's (QCE) guidance during a test.
  • Accurately document the results and admissions of each test.
  • Record and file the results in the Personnel Security file system of record.
  • Conduct a minimum of two CSP exams per eight hours of work scheduled or one ESS exam per eight hours of work scheduled, unless directed otherwise by the QCE.
  • Assist in execution of the client's polygraph program in accordance with DoD and IC policies and regulations.
  • Must travel stateside periodically.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Active Top-Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an SCI.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a CI POLY.
  • Bachelor's degree & 10+ years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise conducting and administering CI scope polygraph examinations and ESS polygraph examinations to military, civilian and contractor personnel in accordance with customer's policies, regulations, and operating instructions.
  • Proven expertise preparing, submitting, and maintaining clear comprehensive concise and accurate polygraph charts and test results according to Federal regulations.
  • Proficient at making the necessary data entry of polygraph documentation as required by regulations and customer's policies.
  • Experience delivering the polygraph examination report in the format prescribed, in a logically, articulate fashion, that accurately documents the results and admissions of each polygraph examination administered by the end of each day the exam was conducted.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills to ensure required timeliness specified in polygraph exams are met.

Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to the start date.
