Core Responsibilities
  • Clinical Leadership: Act as a primary point of contact for residents and families, ensuring 5-star care standards.
  • Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and clinical-grade documentation of assessments and interventions.
  • Order Oversight: Efficiently transcribe physician orders to MARs and manage pharmacy notifications for adjusted treatments.
  • Medication Administration: Safely prepare and administer medications and complex treatments as ordered.
  • Unit Management: Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs, fostering a collaborative environment focused on resident dignity.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with the Director of Nursing and therapy teams to update and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications
  • Licensure: Must possess an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
