• Conduct thorough assessments of client symptoms related to various mood disorders, utilizing diagnostic tools and personal interviews to inform your evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs and goals of each client, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Educate families and clients on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies, fostering a deeper understanding of their situations.
• Monitor client progress continually and adjust treatment plans as necessary, using evidence-based methods and client feedback to inform changes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment outcomes, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions, contributing insights from your clinical experience to enhance team knowledge and collaboration.
• Advocate for mental health awareness within the community, encouraging open conversations to combat the stigma associated with seeking help.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist at Full Heart Family Therapy, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma, among other concerns. Your expertise will be essential in guiding families through complex dynamics, identifying effective strategies tailored to their unique circumstances, and ultimately helping them achieve healthier relationships and improved mental well-being.

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of California is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and families.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy in a clinical setting is required.
• Experience with diverse therapeutic modalities, including those mentioned, will be highly regarded.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking client progress is preferred.
