PROJECT COORDINATOR, OFFICE OF LOUIE GIGLIO

OBJECTIVE
The Project Coordinator provides support and assistance with the diverse number of projects carried by Pastor Louie Giglio and his Executive Team. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist Project Manager in planning Events for Pastor's Prayer Team and the Passion Inc. Board
  • Assist Project Manager in planning, organizing, and producing episodes for the Passion + Purpose podcast
  • Assist Executive Team with creative brand development and growth
  • Monitor, manage, and utilize Pastor Louie's social channels to promote books and resources
  • Provide care support to Pastor Louie's relationships as directed by Project Manager
  • Assist in hosting and arranging logistics for guests of Passion City Church and Passion Conferences
  • Support the Director of the Office of Louie Giglio and Project Managers in weekly tasks
  • Respond to correspondence addressed to Pastor Louie on behalf of Passion Team

WORK SCHEDULE
Either: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and a full day on Sunday OR Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

  • Has a Bachelors Degree
  • 1-2 years of work experience preferred
  • Called to the ministry of administration and support of others
  • Flexible, patient, and able to adapt to change
  • Exercises superior discretion, mature judgment and professionalism at all times
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong proof reading skills and high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe
  • Strong familiarity with Social Media platforms
  • Competent in explaining concepts and processes verbally and in written form
  • Show capacity and drive to connect individuals to a larger cause
  • Displays follow through and diligence to see a task to completion with attention to detail
