Full-cycle Recruiter
Location:
Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Onsite Monday–Thursday | Remote Fridays
Employment Type: 3-6 Month Contract ($24-$29/HR)
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce priorities.
  • Create and manage job postings across recruiting platforms and internal systems.
  • Source, screen, and conduct phone interviews for hourly and operational positions.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Extend verbal offers and coordinate offer details with HR and leadership teams.
  • Track recruiting activity and hiring progress within ATS systems.
  • Assist with recruitment marketing efforts, hiring events, and workforce pipeline initiatives.
  • Support recruiting metrics reporting, including time-to-fill, candidate flow, and source effectiveness.

Onboarding & Pre-Employment:
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including new hire paperwork and onboarding schedules.
  • Manage pre-employment requirements including background checks, drug screens, physicals, and other required testing.
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Process and maintain employee records within HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Support new hire orientation and onboarding communication.
  • Partner with operations and HR teams to ensure new hires are prepared for Day 1 success.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or related HR function.
  • Experience coordinating high-volume recruiting and hiring processes preferred.
  • Knowledge of hiring best practices, pre-employment screening, and onboarding coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using ATS and HRIS systems; experience with UKG is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices preferred.
