Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Full Circle Chiropractic and Wellness Center – Missouri City, TX 77459

Full-Time | | Supportive Team Environment

Are you a passionate and dependable Certified Medical Assistant looking to grow your career in a holistic, patient-centered environment? Full Circle Chiropractic and Wellness Center is seeking a motivated CMA to join our dynamic team!

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist the doctor in patient care including vital signs, charting, and therapy setup

  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments

  • Manage front-desk duties: scheduling, intake, and patient education

  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation (ChiroTouch experience a plus)

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Current CMA certification from an accredited program (AAMA, NHA, NCCT, or AMT)

  • Current CPR/BLS certification

  • Minimum of 2 year experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred

  • Proficient in basic medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR/EMR)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure

  • Professional demeanor, excellent bedside manner, and team-oriented attitude

Preferred (But Not Required):

  • Experience with chiropractic or physical rehabilitation settings

  • Familiarity with ChiroTouch software

  • Phlebotomy or lab testing experience
