Description

We're hiring two Forklift Operators / Order Fulfillment Associates to provide forklift coverage across the warehouse floor from open to close. In addition to forklift duties, these roles include picking and packing orders during non-forklift hours. These two positions make up our forklift team and are dual roles combining forklift operation and order fulfillment. We're willing to train the right person - a great attitude and a self-starter mindset matter more to us than prior forklift experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (forklift duties in the morning, order fulfillment in the afternoon)
2nd Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (order fulfillment in the morning, forklift duties in the afternoon)


Responsibilities

  • Operate a sit-down or stand-up forklift to load, unload, and move product safely around the warehouse
  • Pick and pack customer orders during non-forklift hours
  • Move fluidly between forklift and order fulfillment duties as volume requires
  • Keep the warehouse floor organized, safe, and moving

  • A true self-starter who sees what needs to get done and does it without being told
  • Forklift certification not required - we're willing to train the right person
  • Team mindset, working alongside the other forklift teammate throughout the day
  • Comfortable with physical warehouse work and a fast pace during busy season
  • Reliable attendance, Monday through Friday
