Job description

Program Manager
Remote: Yes
Core responsibilities include:
  • Request Intake & Triage:
    • Act as the central point of contact for all incoming NPI capacity requests from various engineering teams.
    • Manage, prioritize, and triage the request queue.
  • Demand & Forecast Management:
    • Create, update, and manage all NPI-related demand entries within the 'Horizon' planning tool.
    • Ensure all entries are accurate and up-to-date to maintain high forecast accuracy.
  • Reservation Lifecycle Management:
    • Create, modify, and track all 'Extended Reservations' (ExRs) required for NPI development and testing.
    • Manage the process inputs required for ExR generation (e.g., from the 'OCCP' tool).
  • Coordination & Issue Resolution:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for cross-functional partners to debug and resolve common ExR fulfillment issues.
    • Investigate and resolve standard operational problems.
  • Escalation Management:
    • Identify and escalate complex, systemic, or non-standard issues to the internal FTE TPM lead for resolution.

Key Deliverables & Outcomes
The success of this engagement will be measured by the following outcomes:
  • Accurate Data: All NPI demand entries in the Horizon tool are accurately maintained.
  • Timely Fulfillment: All incoming capacity and ExR requests are processed, modified, or triaged within the defined service-level agreement (SLA).
  • Operational Excellence: All tasks are performed consistently according to documented processes.
  • Clear Triage: All fulfillment issues are either resolved directly or escalated appropriately to the correct internal owner.

Required Qualifications
We require a candidate with the following skills:
  • Proven experience in program or project management, ideally in a technical, engineering, or supply chain environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute highly repeatable, process-driven tasks with accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills for managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with capacity planning, resource management, or ticketing/planning tools is highly preferred.
