***This is a full-time, in-person, warehouse position***

Come join our warehouse team of a passionate, customer-focused environment where photography enthusiasts come to find high-quality gear. We are seeking a Retail/Fulfillment Associate to work full-time; you will serve as the vital connection between our retail floor and inventory warehouse, ensuring optimized efficiency and a seamless customer experience. This individual will be responsible for the timely retrieval of inventory upon request of our retail associates. They will also be responsible for the fulfillment of in-store pick-up orders. When they are not assisting the retail store, they will be assisting with fulfillment task such as stocking, picking, and fulfilling.
Responsibilities to include the following:
  • Respond promptly to requests from retail associates for specific inventory
  • Navigate warehouse efficiently to locate requested items
  • Safely package and transport equipment between the warehouse and retail space
  • Process orders for in-store pick-up in a timely manner
  • Use internal systems to locate items within the inventory warehouse
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude always
  • Assist in fulfillment operations such as picking, packing, stocking, and cycle counts when not assisting the retail store.
  • Weekend availability required.

Physical Demands:

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be able to lift and carry at least 40 lbs regularly. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Use of ladders and material handling equipment may be required. Must be comfortable working in a climate-controlled warehouse environment, including potential variable temperatures.
