As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Romeoville fulfillment facility, with a primary focus on shipping outbound orders. You will be responsible for accurately packing and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our patients.
In addition to outbound fulfillment, you will support inbound shipments as needed, assist with inventory replenishment to keep fulfillment stations stocked, and occasionally operate pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. This role requires a dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and supports overall operational efficiency.
What You'll Do:

  • Package and ship outbound patient orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs
  • Prepare shipments, including building boxes and assembling packaging materials, to ensure timely dispatch and delivery expectations are met
  • Assist with the receipt and organization of incoming inventory from the warehouse as needed
  • Occasionally operate manual pallet jacks to move materials and support workflow across the facility
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper stocking and organization practices
  • Monitor supply levels during daily operations and communicate low stock to team leads or management, and replenish fulfillment inventory to ensure packing stations remain stocked and operational
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace across all fulfillment areas
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and operational deadlines
  • Follow established workflows and safety protocols to ensure quality and productivity standards are upheld
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members to support smooth day-to-day operations
  • Perform additional fulfillment and warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leads
