Job Summary:

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will play a vital role in coordinating client care. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care and compassion, we invite you to grow your career with us!
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with program managers to ensure clients receive the best care possible
  • Provide companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, bathing, toileting, and general hygiene assistance
  • Assist with ambulation and mobility, medication reminders, transportation to and from medical appointments, and grocery shopping
  • Uphold the highest quality of life for clients and their families

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Availability to work 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Wednesday
  • Reliable Vehicle, Valid Driver's License, and Auto Insurance
  • Successfully cleared drug and criminal background screening
  • Ability to work 2 weekends/month on a team-based rotation
  • CNA License (current or expired) OR 1-year verifiable experience as a trained PCA OR completion of PCA Training Program
