About the role:

As a Fuel Portfolio Manager, you will lead a group of Fuel Contract Managers within the Americas PWR Fuel Delivery organization. This team will ensure customers receive fuel contract deliverables following planned schedules. Additionally, you will develop and achieve the target business plan goals for Revenue, EBIDTA, Cash Flow, and Orders Entered.

You will report to the Sr Director, Fuel Delivery and work a hybrid role located in Columbia, SC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage fuel customer relationships. Work with internal team members, including PWR Fuel Delivery, Account Teams, Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations. This ensures that the Fuel Delivery attributes of the contracts meet, following organizational standards of Safety, Quality, and OTIFWC.
  • Support exists for the Fuel offer input process. This process involves fuel hardware related contract extension opportunities, including defining contractual related changes. It also involves working with other Americas Nuclear Fuel departments on product offering. Additionally, the process includes development of cost basis and recommended pricing.
  • Provide fuel customer demand input and contractual information to the business planning process to establish business plan goals through collaboration with Finance and Global SIOP.
  • Ensure that you achieve the fuel business plan goals of Revenue, EBITDA and Cash Flow by meeting delivery schedules. Engage with finance to monitor financial performance, report results/forecast and adjust.
  • Ensure Cash Flow goals are achieved by managing the fuel contract invoicing process to provide on time and accurate invoices. Ensure systems are in place to confirm accurate invoicing and work with Shared Service Center to improve where needed.
  • Ensure accurate processes for customer communications related to fuel delivery issues and other topics.
  • Work in conjunction within Americas Fuel department and with the Account Teams to develop capture strategy for fuel contract extensions
  • Support the commercial team in fuel contract negotiations to achieve Orders Entered.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Masters helpful
  • 10 + years of applicable experience required.
  • 10 + years working knowledge of business operations. Nuclear environment helpful
  • Coordinate activities across multiple organizations; engage others across the Departments, Global Operational Services and customer organization
  • Negotiate with the customer to ensure the customer's needs are met while protecting Westinghouse's interest

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130,400 to $163,000 per year. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
