Structural Design Engineer (4+ Years Experience)

This is an in person role located in Lake Forest, Orange County, CA
$80,000 – $90,000 per year
On-Site Position (Not Remote)

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Lake Forest, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and preparation of structural engineering plans, details, and analysis.
  • Develop and modify drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Participating in BIM modeling and coordination.
  • Prepare engineering calculations, reports, and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate with architects and the construction field.
  • Ensure compliance with local and state code
  • Attend project meetings and site visits as required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years (full-time) of structural engineering experience in a design firm.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM
  • Knowledge of structural design principles and construction documentation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • EIT certification minimum.
