Job Purpose:
- The Gasoline/Xpress Manager at Hugo's Xpress Gas Station is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gas station, ensuring efficient and safe fuel services, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves managing staff, monitoring inventory, and driving sales while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the gas station, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a productive and customer-focused team environment.
- Monitor fuel and store inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Handle cash reconciliation and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe environment for both customers and employees.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
