As a Procurement Manager, you will drive sourcing strategy, supplier performance, spend optimization, and risk mitigation. You will lead procurement teams, collaborate across functions, and ensure purchasing processes support business goals efficiently and responsibly.

As a Procurement Manager, in this role, you will be:

Leading supplier relationship management by:

  • Managing and evaluating vendor performance to ensure reliability and quality

  • Resolving supplier disputes and maintaining longterm partnerships

  • Strengthening supply chain stability through proactive engagement

Driving spend analysis & cost optimization by:

  • Analyzing purchasing data to identify savings opportunities

  • Reducing inefficiencies and improving overall cost performance

  • Leveraging historical cost trends to guide sourcing decisions

Ensuring risk management & compliance by:

  • Identifying supply chain vulnerabilities and developing contingency plans

  • Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations across all purchasing activities

  • Maintaining auditready documentation and governance standards

Leading procurement teams by:

  • Supervising and mentoring procurement staff

  • Training buyers and analysts to strengthen capability

  • Driving team performance through coaching and accountability

To be successful in this role you will:

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Have Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or CPSM certification is a plus)

  • Have 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management

  • Have Strong negotiation, financial analysis, and problemsolving skills

  • Have Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

  • Have Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
