Job description


The Guest Services Lead Worker supports the daily operation of the front desk, retail store, and hot springs admissions area while providing leadership and guidance to Guest Services team members. This position serves as a working lead, delivering exceptional guest service, assisting with training, and ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple guest service areas.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $18.55 to $18.55. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality throughout their stay.
  • Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Process reservations, room assignments, and guest account transactions.
  • Sell retail merchandise and maintain an organized, stocked, and attractive gift shop.
  • Check guests into scheduled hot springs and swimming pool sessions and verify eligibility for admission.
  • Manage cash handling, credit card transactions, and daily balancing procedures.
  • Answer guest questions regarding resort amenities, lodging, dining, hot springs schedules, and local attractions.
  • Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with training and onboarding new Guest Services employees.
  • Provide direction and support to team members during shifts.
  • Monitor lobby, retail, and admissions areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and shift transition procedures.
  • Communicate operational issues, guest concerns, and maintenance needs to management.
  • Support other resort departments as needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous hospitality, retail, customer service, or front desk experience preferred.
  • Prior cash handling experience required.
  • Strong communication and guest service skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and support team performance.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer and reservation system skills preferred.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
