Job description

Overview

Role Purpose
As a Menzies Aviation Fueling Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all Aircraft Fuelers in the Fueling Operations. Other responsibilities include issuing written and verbal instructions while ensuring adherence to safety procedures.
What you will be doing:
  • Supervise Aircraft Fuelers in their assigned areas to ensure Fuelers are performing their duties in a professional, safe, and efficient manner, according to company/Carrier's standards.
  • Ensure the effective operation of fueling.
  • Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Ability to comply with attendance/tardiness standards.
  • Operate fuel trucks to provide services to customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:
  • Prior Aircraft Fueling experience required.
  • Prior management, supervisory or lead experience in the Aviation industry preferred.
  • Must have high school diploma, GED or six months experience as a Lead Fueler.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Possess and maintain a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing.
