What you'll do
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide leadership to employees within an assigned area, department, or project
  • Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements
  • Develop, implement, and maintain processes to support efficient task completion
  • Communicate effectively with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to support project objectives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion
  • Operate effectively in high-pressure or fast-paced environments

What you'll need
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • 3+ years of Fiber construction experience
  • At least 6 months of previous supervisory and/or managerial experience
  • Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks
  • Good working knowledge of the telecommunications industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, and Smartsheet
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check
