Job description

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking an Operations Field Service Representative (FSR) to join our newly awarded actively funded 5 year long program that supports C2 and weapon systems development initiatives for the United States Navy. This position serves as a Field Service Representative (FSR) providing on-site operator support and training, technical troubleshooting, and system maintenance for advanced warfighting tools and technologies. Utilizing previous military operational experience as well as system expertise, the FSR acts as the primary technical interface between the JFN development teams and the warfighters during daily operations as well as live, virtual, and constructive (LVC) exercise events. This role ensures that technology transitions and fielding efforts are successful by providing operator training, real-time troubleshooting, system configuration, and feedback to the technical program manager.  Location: Pearl Harbor, Hawaii Responsibilities: • On-Site Operational and Technical Support: Provide on-site operational support and training to specified commands during daily operations and exercises, ensuring all hardware and software systems are mission-ready. • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a technical liaison to DoD stakeholders across all warfighting domains to solicit and communicate feedback for system design improvements, troubleshoot technical issues and assess system performance during field execution. • System Integration: Integrate technical and operational aspects of advanced software capabilities to support military operations. • Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and organize technical data to inform system validation as well as system measures of performance. • System support to TTP: Assist in the evaluation of system capabilities and effectiveness to support military staff’s current Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). Provide feedback to Technical Program Manager and system developers to best fit customer requirements. • Maintenance & Sustainment: Provide routine maintenance and emergency troubleshooting with technical experts as required. • Reporting: Develop and analyze project status reports, maintenance logs, and technical milestones for program leadership. Qualifications • Operational Experience: Minimum of 5 years of military technical or operational experience, with a focus on weapons systems, sensors, or multi-domain communications. Experience on large operational command staffs (3-star+) recommended.   • Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Clearance required. • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in operating technical software applications and equipment in support of military operations. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or management field required. • Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct research and troubleshoot systems using incomplete information to reach defensible technical solutions. • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a self-starter in pressurized, high-stakes environments.
Compensation: • Pay range: $130,000 - $150,000 (Based on years of relevant experience)
