Position Summary:
Seeking highly experienced mission professionals to serve as embedded Field Service Representative (FSR) Analysts supporting Palantir software solutions across the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Combatant Commands. This role is not that of a traditional intelligence analyst, software engineer, or classroom instructor.
Successful candidates become trusted mission partners who translate complex operational problems into scalable technology-enabled solutions. FSR Analysts work directly alongside operators, intelligence professionals, planners, and senior leaders to improve mission effectiveness through Palantir Foundry, Gotham, AI-enabled workflows, and emerging data platforms. The ideal candidate possesses deep operational credibility, strong communication skills, and enough technical aptitude to bridge mission requirements with technology solutions. Primary Responsibilities:
Mission Support
- Embed directly with operational customers as a trusted advisor.
- Understand mission workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
- Translate operational challenges into technical solutions.
- Partner directly with Palantir engineering and product teams.
- Build trust across military, government, and contractor organizations. Platform Implementation
- Configure and build operational workflows using Palantir Foundry and Gotham.
- Develop Workshop applications and mission-specific tools.
- Support Maven, AIP, Target Workbench, Gaia, and other emerging capabilities.
- Assist users in integrating multiple intelligence and operational data sources.
- Rapidly prototype new workflows based on customer feedback. Customer Engagement
- Facilitate working sessions with operational users.
- Conduct executive-level briefings.
- Present recommendations to senior military leaders.
- Capture operational requirements.
- Drive customer adoption through hands-on collaboration. Continuous Improvement
- Identify mission gaps

Experience
Minimum of 5-10 years supporting one or more of the following:
