We are looking for retail bankers to join our team!
- Prospect customers to open checking and savings accounts
- Recognize opportunities to upsell our products and services
- Follow our company's communication scripts to disclose account information
- Count currency, coins, and checks received, by hand or using currency-counting machine
- Examine checks for endorsements and to verify other information such as dates, bank names, identification of the person receiving payments and the legality of the documents.
- Enter customers’ transactions into computers to record transactions and issue computer-generated receipts.
- Resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customers’ accounts.
- Meet acceptable standards for attendance and punctuality
Retail Banker Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be computer literate
- Be open to taking on additional tasks during course of employment.
- Portray a positive company image
- Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time, have hand dexterity, bend, squat, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work a rotating schedule, Monday through Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Sundays 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
