Job description

Salary: Starting at 70K, depending on experience

Frontier Asset Management is seeking a highly organized and analytical National Accounts Associate to support the firms distribution and strategic relationship initiatives across key intermediary and institutional channels. This role will work closely with the National Accounts team to support major distribution partners, assist with platform management, coordinate internal projects, and provide reporting and analytical support to help drive growth across the firms investment solutions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and interested in building a long-term career within asset management distribution, relationship management, and sales strategy.

Location:

The position could be based out of our Sheridan, Wyoming, or Denver, Colorado offices.

Responsibilities

  • Support the National Accounts team in managing distribution relationships
  • Assist with maintaining partner data in CRM & SalesHub
  • Prepare materials for partner reviews, due diligence meetings and business updates
  • Help manage partner requests and internal information gathering
  • Assist with onboarding and maintenance of investment products across platforms and distribution partners
  • Support the production of monthly assets and flows reports
  • Analyze sales trends and distribution data
  • Support pipeline management and business opportunity tracking
  • Support completion of due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and data requests
  • Track partner deliverables and follow up items
  • Assist with special projects related to distribution strategy, platform expansion and operational efficiency
  • Maintain organized documentation and reporting processes
  • Support conference and event planning
  • Support submission and approvals of marketing materials at partner firms

Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • 13 years of experience in asset management, financial services, sales support, operations, or relationship management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI to analyze sales trends, platform flows, and operational metrics
  • Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting analysis
