Backed by top-tier venture capital, the team is speedrunning toward substantial scale, deliberately maintaining a lean, highly ambitious operating footprint of under 20 exceptional individuals. They are developing next-generation gamified trading experiences and sophisticated entertainment layers built directly on top of prediction markets, engineering a paradigm shift geared toward mass consumer adoption.

The organization is seeking its first dedicated Frontend / Design Engineer to lead the end-to-end execution of how the entire product ecosystem looks, feels, and moves. Operating in a high-intensity, high-ownership environment, this individual will collaborate directly with the Chief Executive Officer to translate complex conceptual ideas into production-ready software within hours. This is an intentional, fast-paced setting designed for a hungry builder who possesses flawless aesthetic taste, world-class engineering discipline, and a strong desire to exercise absolute product ownership without the friction of traditional corporate oversight or design-by-committee hurdles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapid Product Deployment: Ship robust, production-grade user interfaces for web game-like systems, transactional markets, and highly interactive consumer features on a rapid, continuous cadence.
  • Architecture & Design Systems: Architect, expand, and maintain a highly responsive frontend component library, defining the design systems, motion mechanics, and micro-interactions from concept to completion.
  • Frictionless Prototyping: Develop high-fidelity prototypes and iterate aggressively across multiple product experiments per week, establishing an environment focused strictly on objective product data and zero ego.
