The Campus Store is seeking an Ecommerce Intern who supports the daily operations of the Campus Store's online business within NetSuite and SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA). This position focuses on product merchandising, content management, and execution of online promotions to ensure an accurate, engaging, and high-performing ecommerce experience. The role works closely with the web development and marketing teams to support the overall functionality and performance of the online store.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update product information, including descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization within NetSuite
Assist with online merchandising, including product placement, collections, and featured items
Support the setup and execution of promotions, sales, and seasonal campaigns
Monitor website content for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Assist in managing inventory visibility and product availability online
Collaborate with the web development team to request and validate site updates or enhancements
Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on product pages, collections, and site content
Support basic reporting and analysis of ecommerce performance (e.g., product performance, sales trends)
Document processes and updates related to ecommerce operations
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a current University of Utah student
Preferences
Enrollment in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Interest in ecommerce, retail operations, or digital merchandising
Basic understanding of online shopping experiences and product presentation
Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or similar) for tracking and reporting
Experience with content management systems or ecommerce platforms (NetSuite experience not required)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
